Whether it commemorates a person, place, or event, every piece is built with a deep understanding of just how much it means to each individual customer.

The Process & Timing

It's expected to take 6 to 8 weeks under normal circumstances to ship a custom-made table. This includes:

  • Design & Customer Agreement of desired end product
  • Gathering materials and shipment of personal items (if desired by customer)
  • Pre-Pour Mock-Ups & Customer Approval prior to final construction
  • Resin Pouring & Curing
  • Assembly Testing and creation of video instructions*
  • Packing & Shipping 

*Each piece is shipped disassembled. A QR code that links to video instructions for final assembly will be provided in the shipping container.

Disclaimers

Refunds & Returns

Refunds or returns for custom orders cannot be accepted. 


If damaged during shipping, the insurance provided by the carrier--USPS, UPS or FedEx--will be the reimbursement vehicle.


Returns

General stock or pre-made "as-is" items (i.e., non-custom products) may be returned un-damaged for a full refund of the original purchase price and original shipping. The buyer must pay for the cost of return shipping.

Risks

The resin molding process is simple enough but sometimes

THINGS CAN GO WRONG! ...it happens to the best of us.


It's rare, but it does happen, so yes, there is a risk that any items embedded in the resin may not work out as expected. This is a risk that you--the buyer--must accept before placing an order.


The buyer agrees to hold The Wooding B harmless for any such mishaps.
